Each squad has a regularly scheduled daily standup.
The standup should ideally be in the morning, but time zones may mean it needs to be later.
This standup is attended by every member of the squad (PO should attend as much as possible).
The standup is run by the scrum master (someone should act as scrum master if the dedicated Scrum master isn’t available).
Each squad member speaks briefly, covering:

What they did the day before

What they are currently working on
-
Is anything blocking them / do they need any help.
The whole meeting should cover be 10-20 minutes long. The squad should avoid getting into deep discussions instead tabling those for after the standup has concluded (with only those people needed).
Squad members should make sure to actively listen to their team members (not just wait for their turn), so they can offer tips and guidance.
Daily standups do not need to be documented.
